If there’s one thing we love, it’s making a scene. Inspired by Wuthering Heights (yes, we’re still recovering) and our love of male yearning, Outcast hosted a night of our very own 18th-century fever dream. We took over the private dining space at Norté, the recently-opened hotspot in Gold Coast, Australia. Outcast invited 28 of our favorite influencers and most loyal customers to experience the fantasy with us. Attendees included Olivia Phillips, Love Island favorites Gabby & Isabel, and Allie Auton.

The mood was set with lace-draped tables stretching from end to end, candlelight flickering against every corner of the room, and just enough sentimental details to make you question everything you know about love and obsession. As our guests arrived, they were greeted with a champagne tower and bespoke cocktails passed on ornate silver trays. We set the mood by screening the film’s ridiculously hot trailer against a draped curtain wall and of course, played the film’s soundtrack by our favorite, Charli XCX. Subtlety isn’t our strong suit.
Dinner was served with delicate handmade lace menus and wine to spare. Our guests of honor enjoyed Victorian classics with a modern twist, including Braised Beef and King Prawns. And of course, no dinner would be complete without a sweet ending: Dulce De Leche Gelato, because we love to spoil.
After dinner, we floated into a private screening of Wuthering Heights, champagne in hand. The room screamed when Jacob Elordi appeared. (Is he really that hot, or is he just 6’5”?) We held our breath as Cathy and Heathcliff kissed for the first time. We cried at the end. Friendships were strengthened and no one left emotionally stable. Worth it.
