CONDITION OF RETURNS
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
All swimwear & lingerie must be tried on with undergarments and returned with the hygiene strip still intact.
Items with makeup, tan, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear will not be accepted.
Item(s) on SALE are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
These conditions apply in addition to your statutory rights.
RETURN POLICY
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items for store credit.
If you wish to exercise your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery. In that case, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, including the standard delivery charge you originally paid. The return postage cost will be automatically deducted from your refund.
For change-of-mind returns outside your 14-day statutory cancellation period, return postage and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility, and your return will be processed as store credit.
Return postage costs are calculated at the time of return and should not exceed £3.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose under your statutory rights.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you’ve received an item with a fault, our team is here to help. Please contact customerhappiness@outcast-clothing.com with details and photos so we can assist you quickly.
If the item is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a refund, or you may choose store credit if preferred.
Return postage costs do not apply to faulty, misdescribed, or damaged items.
SUBMIT YOUR RETURN
If your item(s) are eligible for return, please submit your request via the “Make a Return” tab above or through the Outcast UK Returns Portal HERE.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are calculated at the time of return and should not exceed £3.
REFUNDS
- Refunds (where eligible) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving your return.
- If you cancel under your statutory 14-day right, your refund will also include the outbound delivery charge you originally paid (standard rate only). A return postage fee - calculated at the time of return and capped at £3 - will be deducted from your refund.
- If your item is faulty, all shipping costs will be reimbursed and Outcast will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

ONLINE RETURN PORTAL
For all store credits and exchanges, please ensure your return/s meets the below conditions of our Returns Policy.

Please ensure you have filled out a returns request before returning an item(s). If you have any difficulties or issues with this process please contact our customer happiness team. Contact Us
STEP 2
If a return is received and not approved or doesn't meet our T&C's we will contact the customer immediately and provide more details as to the denied return.
STEP 3
We aim to process any return within 3 business days of your parcel arriving to us, however please allow up to 5 business days.
STEP 4
We advise to keep a record of any tracking numbers for returns. We cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
