"I like the top but I’ll have to get the bottom fix if you don’t have wide hips the skirt won’t fit so I have to get it altered I’m pretty petite I’m 4’8 weigh about 98 pounds lol I’m super small and I’m guessing they’ve never had petite short models ughhh can’t wait to one day start a line literally just for short and petite women but I loveeeee outcast just wish they catered to us little women"
